Multi-point inspection & maintenance includes:

Indoor: clean flame sensor, condensate drains(wire brush) & add treatment. check safety switches, blower wheel, burners, flues, wire connections, hoses & capacitors. get amp & CO2 readings. change filter & startup

Outdoor: check refrigerant, contactor, capacitors, & wire connections. rinse condenser coil. get amp readings & startup

Humidifier: check panel, clean housing, drains & startup
